Waited on hold for 15 minutes to talk to their customer service department. Woman said she would send a return tag and I would need to take the box to Fed Ex. Yes, I needed to DRIVE to Fed EX! I would get my refund in about A MONTH. I asked when I would get the shoe I actually ordered...
Super cute, but super painful!I have these in black. I bought them to wear with a new graduation dress. After waiting an hour for the ceremony to start, sitting through the ceremony, and going out afterward, my feet were killing me. It hurt to walk. In fact, they hurt before the ceremony began.I wore them to a funeral several months later and I got the same result. Problem may be resolved...
Lyle and Scott I was sent the wrong shoe in the first place (tie shoes instead of slip-ons). I called the company and informed them; the service person told me he would send the correct shoe immediately, even before the company received the wrong ones back. I was under the impression they cared about their customers. Instead, the shoes never arrived in time for the work trip for my husband. After they received the shoes back, and I contacted them about the missing re-shipment, eventually the shoes were sent to me. I would never order from this company again: they did not tell me the truth and prevented me from ordering from someone else to get the shoes in time for the trip.
